Are you a good leader? Do you want to become a better one? This course will teach you how to build your leadership capability so you can become an inspirational figure for your team! The concept of leadership sounds very simple, but the real story is that being an effective and true leader is hugely complex - and this complexity gives us a fantastic array of people that we can call 'leaders'. Our 'Complete Leadership Initiative' is a 5-day event for future-facing leaders: the public and private sector thought leaders who are shaping their landscape. You will be introduced to a number of tools, methods and approaches designed to refine your capabilities in such areas as personal and corporate psychology, behaviour, interpersonal dynamics and personal branding.
